Schultz, Sarah Ann 98, (nee Melnick), beloved wife of the late Dr. Abraham, loving mother of Carol (Joel) Honigberg, Richard G. (Barbara) Schultz and Dr. Rosalyn (Guiseppe Perone) Schultz, loving grandmother of Janice (John Hedges), Dr. Robert (Susie)and Steven (Jessica) Honigberg, Diane (Richard) Steinberg, Lori and Diana (Barry) Pasikov, Susie (Steven) Gistenson, David (Iris) and Paul (Judith) Kass; dear great-grandmother of Gregory, Rebecca and Sarah Gistenson, Aspen and Levi Pasikov, Sabina Kass, Bradley and Jessie Honigberg and Rebecca Kass, Benjamin and Jason Steinberg, Julia and David Hedges, Lily and Clara Honigberg; fond sister of Josephine (John) Melnick Lopez and Cecelia Pascal. Sarah was active in numerous philanthropic organizations, presidencies of nine organizations, including Women's Division of Spertus College of Judaica, Women's Committee of American Society for Technion, Women's Auxiliary of Gottlieb Memorial Hospital and the Des Plaines Branch Chicago Medical Society, and board member of numerous organizations, including Oak Park-River Forest Symphony, Lyric Opera Guild and Ravinia Committee.
