Sandra Kazanow Obituary
Sandra Marilyn Kazanow, age 80, of Las Vegas, formerly of Chicago, passed away on Friday, October 28, 2022 in Las Vegas. She was born March 29, 1942 in Chicago, Illinois and moved to Las Vegas more than 25 years ago. Mrs. Kazanow worked the majority of her life as a publishing administrator for Scott-Foresman, then became co-owner of 'We're Nuttss' in Las Vegas along-side her husband. She enjoyed baking and enjoying various ethnic cuisines. Survivors include her husband 58 years, Spencer; children: Jeffrey and Steven (Camaron) Kazanow; grandchildren; Max, Sam and Zane and brother: Bernie Marks. A memorial service will begin at 1pm on Sunday, November 13, 2022 at Palm Southwest Mortuary, 7979 W. Warm Springs Rd. Las Vegas. Private Shiva to follow. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Sandra's name are suggested to Scripps Hospital, Transplant Division, La Jolla, CA.

Sandy and I were best, best buds in high school and beyond. We lost touch for a long time but reconnected a few years ago. She is dearly loved. Peace and comfort to Spence and family.
