Samuel Tickman Obituary
Tickman, Samuel 82, beloved husband of the late Ethel (nee Apple), survived by Renee (nee Galburt), loving father of Gail (Doug) Marcy, Bonnie (Richard) Shapiro and Mark Miller, proud grandfather of Aaron Marcy, Andrew Marcy, Dr. David Shapiro, Daniel Shapiro and Alexis Miller, dear brother of Robert (Lila) Tickman, Jack (MaryEllen) Tickman and the late Rose (the late Al) Pollack, Irving (the late Evelyn) Tickman, Mike (the late Florence) Tickman, uncle of wonderful nieces and nephews. Sam proudly served in WWII in the US Army, in the Engineer Corps. Services Tuesday, 12 Noon, at Temple Jeremiah, 937 Happ Road, Northfield. Interment Westlawn. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory to the Les Turner ALS Foundation, 8142 N. Lawndale Avenue, Skokie, IL 60076, would be appreciated. Arrangements by Westlawn Jewish Funerals, 773-625-8600.

I am deeply saddened by your Dad's passing. What a sweet charming man!
