Thanks Sam for being a friend and fellow Police Officer. I worked under Sam for 13 years until he retired from the Evanston Police Dept. He was the best.

I'm a retired Police Officer from the City of Evanston. Sam hired me when I was 24 yrs old. I worked for him for only a few years when he retired and became Chief in Crystal Lake. I am very sorry on your lose and may our Lord smile upon him.
