Our lifelong friend, Sam, will never be forgotten. We remember the long after dinner walks that he and Larry took during our vacations with you. He was a champion for social causes and loved his family above all else. A true mensch!

Sam had the ability to unfold the pages of his life in his stories, his face a myriad of expressions. Of his childhood his eyes brightened with memory; of Lila they softened with love; of Howard and Chuck they smiled in wonder; of his dear Rachel, they twinkled with affection, and of Jill they showed great caring.
