To Ryan's family,

It has taken me a while to be able to express my feelings, I met Ryan our Senior Year of high school while we both worked at Orland Park Sportmart. During the short period of time that we were friends, Ryan always knew how to make me smile, laugh and feel like the most important person in the world. I'll never forget it was right after x-mas, of our senior year 2001, and i had gotten my wisdom teeth pulled, and i looked and felt absolutely horrible. Your son came over to my house and took me downtown to ESPN zone and then out to eat, and the whole time made me feel beautiful and wonderful about myself, eventhough i was at one of my worst times; both in pain and being completely swollen. I will never forget him and i am so sorry for your loss. I will always remember him as the most fun-loving, generous, caring and spontaneous individual i have ever met. My prayers are with you always and forever.

Sincerely,

mary ventrella

I am so sorry to hear of your loss but know that God has a greater plan for Ryan in heaven. Please know, Pastor Ken, that you and your family had a strong spiritual impact on his life - as you have on my life and those of Eagle Rock. Dearest Ryan,

Remembering you in days gone by, growing up amid a high tent on vacant land. The many days of watching you tumble, along with my own, amidst a construction site, soon to be a place of worship, now a dream fulfilled. The boy in the middle who always made a statement, making those around you chuckle. Your spontaneous smile and laughter will always be remembered. The many pains of growing, are now gone to be replaced with peace and serenity. Now, for your family we pray... for solace and comfort amid the rushing storms of grief. May each of you,in your own way, find peace and serenity in your heart and soul. May our God of all comfort, remove your pain with cherished memories and thoughts of by-gone days when laughter filled your hearts and home.

To Ken, Joni, Andy, Jodi, Patrick, and Britt.

All our love is with you...

Patricia, Candace, Justin and Jordan.
