Jacobs, Ruth D. (nee Schlapinski), age 88, at rest October 22, 2003, beloved wife of the late Frank P. Jacobs, loving mother of John F. (Bonnie) Jacobs, dear grandmother of Jeffrey (Joyce) and Dale (Stefanie) Jacobs, great-grandmother of Jill, John and Holden, fond sister of the late Florence (Andy) Tiedemann, LaVerne (Robert) Jaeger and Raymond (Bernice) Schlapinski, dear aunt of many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great niece and nephew. Visitation Friday, October 24, 2003 4 to 9 p.m. at Adolf-Berwyn Funeral Home, Ltd., 2921 S. Harlem Ave., Berwyn. Family and friends will meet on Saturday at St. Priscilla Church, 6949 W.
