Russell Quinton Young

Russell Quinton Young, 59, passed away on September 20, 2017. He was the husband of Desiree Hepworth and the father of Kye Quinton Young. Russell and Desiree were married on March 28, 2007.

Russell was born in Denver Colorado on May 15, 1958 to Russell Quinton Young and the Shirley Jessop Aday.

He graduated from Bountiful High in Utah. He later attended Snow College in Ephraim, Utah. Russell spent most of his life as a carpenter though one of his favorite jobs was walking across Texas surveying oil fields. He loved to travel, especially to Australia. It was one of his favorite places on earth. Russell loved aircrafts, motorcycles, and anything camouflage. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He will be remembered most of all for the great love he showed to his wife and son. He will also be remembered for his dry humor and wit, kind heart, and simple faith.

Russell is survived by his wife Desiree Hepworth Young, stepdaughter Tiffany Anne Larson, and son Kye Quinton Young. He is also survived by sisters Terri Owen (Neil) and Elaine Aday, and brothers Brad Young(Linda) and Wes Aday. He was preceded in death by his parents and beloved grandfather.

Russell will be laid to rest in the St. George Cemetery.

The Funeral will be held Saturday at 10am at the LDS church, 2583 East 350 North, St George, Utah.
