Rains, Russell R. "Bud" loving father of Linda (Michael) Gleeson, Larry, Barbara Roach, Darlene (David) Bohannan, Opal Rains, Roxanne (Michael) May, Beverly (John) Boyd and Rosemary (Aaron) Fulkerson, dearest grandfather of 18, cherished grandpa of the late Heather Rains, great grandfather of five, devoted son of Opal and the late Bernice Rains, dear brother of Lavon (Olivia) Rains and June (Charles) Avery, fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Veteran of U.S. Army Air Force. Resting at Thomas McInerney's Sons Funeral Home, 4635 S. Wallace St., where funeral service will be held Tuesday, at 10 a.m. Visitation Monday, 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. 773-268-0703.
