KRECKER, Russell Mr. Russell "Russ" Krecker of Union City passed away February 20, 2009. Mr. Krecker was a veteran of WW II, and retired as Major from the US Army. He is survived by his wife, Virginia Krecker of Union City; sons, John Krecker and his wife Jovianne of Marietta; William Russell (Bill) Krecker and his wife Cinda of Batesburg, SC; grandchildren, Lisa Marie Leist of Marietta; Stacy LeAnn Krecker of Marietta; Allison Masquelier of Rock Hill, SC; great grandchildren, Emily Marie Leist and Melanie Michelle Leist. Funeral services will be held Monday, February 23, 2009 at 1:30pm in the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home with Rev. Vicki Smith officiating. A private Interment will be held at Cheatham Hill Memorial Park. Those wishing may send an online condolence at www.parrottfuneralhome.com.
