Russell Curtis Elliott, 78, a resident for 43 years of Dover, New Hampshire, a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, an employee with Federal Savings Bank for 30 years before his retirement as president in 1985, died on Saturday, March 30, 2002, following a period of failing health. Calling hours are scheduled for Tuesday, April 2, 2002, 7-9 p.m., at Tasker Funeral Home, 621 Central Avenue, Dover. Private funeral services will be held at the funeral home, officiated by the Rev. Linn Opderbecke. Burial will follow at Pine Hill Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Tasker Funeral Home, Dover, New Hampshire.
