Lynn & Family

I had the pleasure of working with Russ at WVU Hospitals over the past year and truly enjoyed working with him. Russ always spoke of his family and it was obvious to me that he cared greatly for you all. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Lynn, Graham and Austin
My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I had the pleasure of working with Russ and Graham at Elmhurst Hospital for many years. Russ always was helpful and assisted me through many IS questions. Graham was one of my best workers and I was sorry to see him leave but he had an awesome career on the horizons. Russ was very proud of his acccomplishments. May all your happy memories ease your loss.

To the family,
I had the pleasure of working with Russ at WVU Hospitals. It was very apparent that he cared for his family a lot. He always spoke of you all. He talked about spending time at the cabin at the lake. He also shared with me the concerts that he and his wife attended. He really enjoyed that! Russ was a kind soul, and we will greatly miss seeing his smiling face in Morgantown.

Lynn and family, you have my deepest sympathy for your loss.

I hired Russ a few years ago, and was his boss for a while. One could not have asked for a more conscientous employee. Over time, riding the train and commiserating at work it turned into a friendship.

I saw Russ about a couple of months ago, when he stopped by to see my new house. My only regret is that I did not spend more time talking with him then.

Lynn, Graham & Austin;

It was with great pleasure that I got to meet and spend the last year with Russ at WVU Hospitals. Russell was always there to help out with a smile. Each day I would always remind him that he was one day closer to Thursday so he could go back home and spend time with his family. Family was very important to Russell, and when he wasn't talking about family he talked about going to the lake. I will really miss those conversations. He was a great guy and I will miss him dearly. The world lost a wonderful man on Monday, but I will never forget him or his spirit. God Bless your family.

I only knew Russ for a year. Sometimes grumpy. Always Stubborn. However, a guy that was well liked and respected by his peers. I will miss the joking back and forth we used to share while working together. My sympathy and prayers go out to his family and friends.

Lynn, Graham and Austin:

I am deeply saddened by your loss. I worked with Russ at Midas for a number of years and he was a great coworker. I remember he was very sentimental and loved to read.

One interesting memory - he took the time to help me wallpaper my in-laws house.

I have nothing but fond memories of Russ. May God truly give you comfort during this sad time.

With deepest sympathy,
Phil West
