Dear Mrs. Noga, Joanne, Steve, Chris, Brian, and the whole family,
I was so sorry to hear about your loss. I remember coming over to your house when your (grand)mother was over, and I have a hundred memories of her kindness and fun. I'm sure that you have a thousand more, which is what makes letting her go a bit easier.
You are in my thoughts and prayers.
