Roselee Weatherly Obituary

Roselee Howlett Weatherly, 64, of Huntersville, N.C. passed away on Monday, November 19, 2007 at her home. She was born in Carroll County to the late Marvin and Ruby Shockley Howlett. Ms. Weatherly is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Christopher and Melinda Thach of Ames, Iowa; daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly and Eric Walcott of Huntersville, N.C.; four grandchildren; a special friend, Gary Huss; and a sister, Sandra K. Redstone of Albuquerque, N.M. A graveside service with burial following will be held on Sunday, November 25, 2007 at 2 p.m. at the Shockley Cemetery with the Rev. Norman Goad officiating. The family will receive friends at VaughanGuynn-McGrady Chapel on Sunday from 12:30 until 1:30 p.m. A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 26, 2007 at the Davidson United Methodist Church in Davidson, N.C. at 3 p.m. A guestbook is available online by visiting www.vaughanguynnandmcgrady.com. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.

Roselee was a wonderful 1st cousin. Even though we were not together much, the memories of our childhood visits are beautiful to me. God bless all of you I know you had a wonderful mother and I had a wonderful cousin.
