Rosie... It's been so many years.. I met you at LaSalle Bank as your assistant and ever since you left here that March, I've been waiting to see you again. I saved your voicemail greeting stating you'll be out of the bank for personal reasons...still have it! Now the bank is a Legacy and it's over here... However I owe it to LaSalle for having had you as a mentor in my life, someone who I truly admired... I was 19 Rose.. You gave me a bottle of champaign from Fannie May's for my 21st bday.. I just want you and your family to know that as long as I live I will always keep you dear in my heart and prayers. I don't know what my destiny is, however one day we will see each other again!! Love to you and your family reading this.. I may have been someone WAY OUT of the family, however she was special to SO many, that I just had to let you ladies know. Love -Gracy... Rosie Rest In Peace.

To Our Beautiful Rose,

Our house will never be the same. You’re with Mommy now and we know you two are happy together. You lit up holidays and you were always there when we needed you. As Joann, Andrea, Karen and Joey were growing up, you were there for every special occasion. You celebrated their baptisms, birthdays, communions, confirmations, graduations, proms, showers and weddings. You continued to celebrate the many special occasions with Dino, Dominic and Joey who love you dearly. No one will ever match our Vegas trips the way they were with you there. Even with your sickness, you struggled to be happy and tried to put it behind you, but we all knew you were suffering. We all hung in there and no matter what the results of the doctor visits were, we made the best of it. We love you and we miss you. Guide us from heaven and keep our family safe.

We Love You,

Angela, Annette, Gloriann and Jim, Joann, Andrea and Dino, Karen, Joey, Dino, Dominic, and Joey

the thing that i will never forget about rosie is her amazing personality. she was so vibrant and so inclusive to everyone. she loved to laugh, and she knew the right time to crack a joke, if ever the situation called for it. Ro-ro took the words right out of my mouth, she was the oldest, but she truly did look like the youngest! (probably because everytime i saw her, she would remind me that she indeed, was the youngest. so funny. she loved to dance. i remember her dancing with my dad and uncles at my cousin angela's wedding. she never turned down a dance, and it was really something to see her out there, always appearing to have the best time of her life, as her sisters watched on with pride. even the last time i saw her, at cousin gena's graduation, she assured everyone that she was feeling good, and i know how happy we all were to see her. that was rosie, always making others feel comforted and welcomed. i know that we will all miss her, and that we all feel privileged to have known such a classy gal. i know auntie chickie, carol, aunt josie and uncle joe are all happy to have her now, im sure she has a few good jokes for them. everyone on taylor street, take care!

Rosie, you always made me laugh and were the "life of the party".

Now your suffering is over and though the world will laugh a little less, you have gone to a better place and I hope to laugh with you again someday.

Love,

You will be miss at club as you

Auntie Rosie,

I will miss you very much. I will miss your wonderful personality, great sense of humor and the way you always carried yourself with such class. You were always the first person in the room to crack a joke. You were the life of many parties and that smile of yours was enough to fill a room with love. You left behind three sisters and their lives will never be the same now that you're gone. I wish I knew the right words to say to your sister's in this difficult time to ease their sadness. Through the years I've learned that they're really aren't any. One thing I know for sure is you were blessed to have family love and cherish you so much as they were to have you. If more families had the unconditional love that the Trombetta's have for each other this world would be a better place. Aunt Annette, Aunt Gloriann and Aunt Angela, I love you and I am so sorry for your loss. I more than anybody know what you are going through. Just remember as long as you continue to have the love you do for each other their isn't anything you can't make it through together.

I love you,

Your niece,

Marcelina

HER JOURNEY'S JUST BEGUN

Don't think of her as gone away

Her journey's just begun

Life holds so many facets

This earth is only one

Just think of her as resting

From the sorrows and the tears

In a place of warmth and comfort

Where there are no days and years

Think how she must be wishing

That we could know today

How nothing but our sadness

Can really pass away

And think of her as living

In the hearts of those she touched

For nothing loved is ever lost

And she was loved so much

It's hard to think what life will be without her special touch

And everyone who knew her will miss her very much

Auntie Rosie, how much can we say about you?

You always cared for others, it was just the thing to do, and now it seems so fitting that God will care for you.

You were more than just a daughter, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, great-aunt, cousin, niece, and godmother, you were everybody's friend. We have lost a great treasure. Not only will we miss your generosity and sense of humor, but we will miss your wisdom and honesty. We counted on you through the good times and bad. When you entered a room you filled it with so much brightness. Your glowing smile will never be forgotten. We feel very lucky to have had you in our lives. You touched each and every one of us in a very special way. We will never say good-bye because you will be always be with us. Thank you for making our lives richer. Your memory will live on forever.

A Dear Daughter: You were the first of Auntie Chickie's four daughters. Even though you were the oldest everyone said you looked the youngest. Annette, Gloriann, and Angela had no choice to accept this because it was the truth.

A Devoted Aunt: Joann, Andrea, Karen and Joey will treasure their growing up years with you. You were proud of them and shared many happy moments with them. They will hold a very special place for you in their hearts, always.

And Adoring Great Aunt: Dino, Dominic and Joey will know how much you enjoyed seeing their angelic faces. They love you dearly, and along with Grandma Chickie, they now have another guardian angel watching over them.

An Honorable Sister and Sister-In-Law: Annette, Angela, Gloriann and Jim will carry your memories with them forever. It will be hard for them to go on, but you will give them courage. Watch over them and protect them always. They love you very much.

A Dear Cousin: Auntie Rosie always had family around her growing up. She shared many holidays, weddings, graduations and birthdays with her 17 cousins.

A devoted friend and co-worker:Your friendships started early in life. After many years, you still saw your friends from high school every month. Through the years your friendships continued to flourish.

Your private life was filled with the same kind of greatness and devotion that made your professional life so succesful. You had a zest for living and you were liked by everyone who came in contact with you. You loved to entertain and as a First Vice President, you took your many customers, who also became your friends, to sporting events, symphonies, dinners and parties. You enjoyed every minute of your 44 years at LaSalle Bank.

Your travels: Auntie Rosie, you loved to travel and some of your destinations included Italy, Greece, Switzerland, London, Paris, Canada and many cities in the United States. But everyone knows with your unique sense of humor you always had a great story to tell about your favorite city, Las Vegas.

Auntie Rosie, now your travels lead you to the open gates of heaven. We will always love, cherish, and treaure all of the beautiful memories you have given us. We love you and we miss you.

I will think of you always and honor your memory forever. You left this world the same way you lived in it .....WITH CLASS. Watch over us and keep our family safe. Love RoRO

Love Lives On

Those we love are never really lost to us--

we feel them in so many special ways--

through family and friends they always cared about

and dreams they left behind,

in beauty that they added to our days...

in words of wisdom we still carry with us

and memories that never will be gone...

Those we love

are never really lost to us--

for everywhere their special love lives on.
