Artstein, Rose C. (nee Chausow), age 87, beloved wife of the late Eli, loving mother of Marlene (Henry) Wasserstrom and Joan (Harvey) Meyers, adoring grandmother of Chuck (Michelle), Scott (Beth) Wasserstrom, Eric (Marti) Meyers and Evan and Fiancee (Marni Futterman) Meyers, great-grandmother of Maya, Max, Spencer, Danielle, Nicole and Ben, fond sister of Florence (the late Morris) Braverman. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Jewish War Veterans Goodman Tunick, Women's American ORT, Chicago Suburban Region or Ida Crown Jewish Academy. Service Friday, 11 a.m., at the Weinstein Funeral Homes North Shore Chapel, 111 Skokie Blvd., Wilmette. Interment Shalom Memorial Park Cemetery, Arlington Heights.
