Roland E. "Nick" Minnie, 81, an 11-year resident of Wilbraham, Massachusetts, formerly of Indian Orchard, Massachusetts, a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, an employee of Package Machinery Co. of East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, before his retirement in 1985, died at a local nursing home on Monday, September 10, 2001. Calling hours are scheduled for Sunday, September 16, 2001, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., at Ratell Funeral Home, 200 Main Street, Indian Orchard. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Monday, September 17, 9 a.m., at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Monday, 10 a.m., at St. Jude Church, Indian Orchard.
