Walton, Robert E. "Bob" age 59, May 24, 2010, U.S. Army Veteran of Viet Nam Era, Beloved husband of Andrea (nee Lamont) for 35 years. Loving father of Rob (fiancée Rebecca) Walton and Emily (Josh) Patterson. Dear grandpa of Alexis and Wyatt. Devoted son of Bessie Mae and the late Robert Walton. Bob is survived by four brothers and was preceded in death by six sisters and three brothers. Also loved by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He will always be most fondly remembered as "Santa Bob" for bringing the joy of Christmas to countless families, children, seniors, business groups and organizations. Visitation Thursday 2 to 9 p.m. at the Brady-Gill Funeral Home (Heeney-Laughlin Directors) 2929 W. 87th Street Evergreen Park. Lying in state on Friday morning 10 a.m. until 12 Noon at First United Methodist Church of Evergreen Park 94th St. and Homan Avenue. Services at 12 Noon with Rev. Timothy Biel officiating. Interment Private. Memorials to Ronald McDonald House (Oak Lawn) 4410 W. 93rd St. Oak Lawn, IL 60453 are most appreciated. 708-636-5500.
