Korean War Army Veteran, beloved husband of Dorothy (nee Pappas), loving father of Victoria (Thomas) Benton, Katherine CPD (Jeffrey) CPD Doig, Robert (Laura) Vezina, cherished grandfather of Jacqueline, Ryan, Angela, Nicole, Krystin, Thomas, Michelle, Mark, and Elizabeth, dear brother of Leo (Erma) Vezina and Kenneth Vezina. Resting at Thompson & Kuenster Funeral Home, 5570 W. 95th St., Oak Lawn, where services will be held Monday, at 9:30 a.m. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. Visitation Sunday, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Member of Transport Workers Union of America, TWV/ATD Air Transport Division. 708-425-0500
