Robert A. Turner

Robert A. Turner, 85, of Lakeside, died Friday February 16, 2007.

While living in Akron, he owned tire dealerships for many years and was a member of the Monroe United Presbyterian Church.

Surviving are his daughters Nancy E. Berry and Susan (Brian) Kruse; grandchildren Melissa (Brett) Berry-Fries, Andrew (Alexandra) Berry, John Kruse, and James Kruse and Laura Kruse; great grandchildren Benjamin, Jacob, Elizabeth and Addison Fries; his special dog Hailey and a brother in law, Dr. Charles White. He was preceded in death by his wife Mildred, his parents and a sister Nancy White.

Visitation will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Neidecker, LeVeck and Crosser Funeral Home, Peninsula chapel, Marblehead and from 10 a.m. Tuesday until the time of services at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Lakeside United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Sackett Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Stein Hospice or the Lakeside United Methodist Church. Online condolences at www.neideckerleveckcrosser.com.

The Rudolphs will sorely miss Bob. He was a great friend to our family and was truly loved by all of us.

I'm sorry that I'm unable to be up there for Bob's services. He was a very good friend for a long time. He and Millie and Jim and I had some really great times together.
