Robert P. ("RP"), Co-Founder, former CEO & President of Stand Energy Corporation died on Monday, December 3rd, 2012 at the age of 84. Born to the late Denver Lee and Ennis Ames Robison, RP was preceded in death by his loving wife Jean Lantz Robison and sister Ann Robison Himmelwright. He was a caring father to 4 children, cherished grandfather to 13 grandchildren and 2 great grand children. A star athlete at Toledo Scott HS and later at the University of Cincinnati, Robison lettered in Football, Baseball, Basketball & Track. Former teammates still remember "Robby" for his prodigious throwing arm. An innovative visionary, Robison retired in 2000 spending time between his Florida and Cincinnati homes. During a rare interview, Robison reflected on the early days of Stand Energy with a sense of great pride. He said, "back then, we were a people business, it was all about the customer." "And even though my time there ended over a decade ago, I can honestly say that Stand Energy Corporation is still that same kind of company today." Stand Energy Corporation is headquartered in Cincinnati.
