Robert Plechaty Obituary
Robert F. Plechaty age 86, a longtime resident of Cicero, IL. Passed away peacefully on Sunday April, 11th 2021 after a brief illness. He is survived by his loving wife Edna, of 65 years; beloved daughter Susan (Steven) Maitland of North Riverside, and son Steven of Minnesota. Robert loved gardening and being outside in his backyard. He was also an avid reader, a veteran who was more than happy and proud to support, and defend his fellow veterans. Funeral services will be held at Woodlawn funeral home and memorial park. Visitation will be from 10am to 12pm with a memorial service followed by cremation. Remains to be interred at a later date in a private ceremony. In lieu of flowers, donations made to Wounded Warriors of America.
