Marci and family. I just learnt of Bob's death and want to offer my sincere condolences. He lived a rich life of service while remaining quiet and caring. I admired and liked him.

In the mid sixties I was one of those active with SWAP and, as editor-publisher of The Weekly Star, tried to work on the successful integration of Southwest Atlanta. Our efforts were worthwhile and I remember Bob as a giant at a time when the odds were stacked againt us. The election of Sen. Obama is a wonderful thing and I hope he also shared in the victory. My condolences to the family.
