Bob was such a very special person. We owe him great thanks for teaching us so much about the Corbett family. We are so grateful for his tireless efforts researching the family history, enriching our lives with the stories - both mundane and dramatic - that have made our family what it is today. From the before the first immigrants to North America, through our Eastland distaster hero, and up to our children today, Bob's passion for family is abundantly clear. We will miss him. Our prayers for peace and joyful memories are with the Shirley and the family.

Where do I begin? We have been so blessed to have had Bob in our lives even though for a short time, Bob was a vey generous, thoughtful friend and neighbor. Bob was always there for our kids and our friendship grew fast from then on. The kids handshake club, walks to the bus stop, visits to the hardware store(really for ice cream as Shirley will tell you), family birthday parties, swimming in our pool even with his clothes on and shoes, too. Bob and Shirley would do anything for you and always make us feel welcome. I use to have to stop for a cup of coffee after my morning walk past their house along with my friend, Donna. Bob was our official Grandpa on Summit Rd and guardian angel and we were blessed with his presence in our lives. He will be dearly missed and our prayers are with his dear family. Bob will be with us forever with dear memories and continued friendship with Shirley and family. We loved Bob dearly and thought of him as an exceptional person and friend.
All our love, Debbie,Joe,Tiffany,Ashley Razo

I would like to just say "thank you" to the entire Dorgan family for allowing such an incredible person to be shared among all who have met him. I will always remember all of the good times we shared together. Going to the "hardware store" and the visits to the home are just a few of the many memories that I will never forget. He always supported me and made me feel special. Thank you and my prayers are with you all.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Dorgan family. Bob will be truly missed. Although we lived far away from each other, we shared many enjoyable hours on the computer with him. His farewell toast to my Dad at his memorial Happy Hour will always be a poignant memory for our family.

Our sympathies to the Dorgan family on "our" loss. Mr. "D" was an inspiration and a mentor to many of us young people in the neighborhood. He was a generous and kind "gentleman" who kept us all on the straight and narrow at a very important time in our young lives. He will always live on in my memories.
