Robert Bass Obituary

Robert E. Bass, 81, of Rogersville, Tennessee, a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, a well-known painter and decorator for 45 years, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 5, 2001, from Hawkins County Memorial Hospital. The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 8, 2001, 6-8 p.m., at Colboch-Price Funeral Home, 101 West Main Street, Rogersville. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, 8 p.m., at the funeral home, officiated by the Rev. Ray Mullins and the Rev. Johnny Carr. Graveside services are scheduled for Sunday, December 9, 2001, 2 p.m., at Highland Cemetery. Military honors will be conferred by Hawkins County Color Guard. Arrangements entrusted to Colboch-Price Funeral Home, Inc., Rogersville, Tennessee.
