Resting at Kopicki's Heritage Funeral Home, 3117 S. Oak Park Ave., Berwyn. Visitation Wednesday, November 8, 2006, 3 to 8 p.m. Funeral Thursday, November 9, 2006, 10 a.m. chapel service.
