Carol, my condolences to you and your family. I only knew him as your "little brother". I talked to him at John Spevacek's mom's wake about a year and a half ago and he was just like I remembered him.

Amanda and I have been friends since high school. I have shared many memories, meals, and holidays with the family. I always remember Robert making me feel like I was a part of the family. I always enjoyed his company. He definitely had his way of doing things. I remember the Renaissance Faire, Al Capone's gravesite, Amanda's Graduation, and many great meals with the Barzdas. I will always remember him laughing, his good-hearted nature, and how much he loved his family. I know Amanda and Andrew have strength to get through this because Robert will shine through them and everything else he has taught them. My family will keep all of them in our prayers.

It's quiet now that Bob is gone. There was always laughter coming from his office. Bob and I shared memories about the old neighborhood, especially about Home Run Inn, Trohas, and Ben's Garden dogs. Bob loved to eat and we never had to worry about leftovers when we had food days here at National. It will take time for us to heal and we wish his family all the best during these difficult times.

The people who worked with Bob at National Van Lines are feeling the weight of his loss. His light-hearted high-energy nature, fun loving jokes, and laughter will be forever missed. May you be in a better place, Bob... and I hope I will be able to meet you up there one day and feel one of those great big hugs you always gave me. In the mean time, your memory will never be forgotten, friend!

Our lives will never be the same without Bob in it. All the fun times at the Renaissance Faires and the Football parties. We will miss him greatly. Our prayers are with you Andrew and Amanda. You lost your Dad way too soon. He was a great guy.

My thoughts and prayers are with you at this very difficult time. Bob was always very kind to me when I was a teenager. I was several years younger than him and I used to see him quite often as I was friends with Debbie's cousin, Karen. He never made me feel like a dumb kid. He talked to me like I was just another one of his friends. I ran into him about a year ago at Mildred Spevacek's wake and he gave me a hug and we takled a little about the "old days". It was great to see him. Again, my prayers are with you.
