Auten, Robert age 84, of Downers Grove, formerly of Benton, Illinois, beloved husband of the late Jean, loving father Lynda (Robert) Broome, David (Mari) Auten, Betty (Paul Lancaster) Auten, Becky (Andy) Macey, and Andy Auten, beloved son of the late Edith and Dewey Auten, proud grandfather of Claire, Nick, and Rob, dear brother of Kenneth, Bill Auten, Maryann Downs, and the late Hiram Auten, fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.
