I was in Gang Crimes West, but was sent up to GCN for about 3 months one summer in the early 80s. I've never forgotten what a pleasure it was to know and work with Rich. I was really sad to hear about this this morning. A great guy. My condolences to the family.

We will always remember the fun and laughter we had when we were with Uncle Rich. He would give us this stern look and then we would all crack up laughing. There were so many good times. Those memories will be with us forever. He will be missed. All our love to everyone. Janet and Jim
