DANIELS, Raymond F. 79, of Port Charlotte Florida and formerly of Springfield died Friday, December 10, 2004 in Fawcett Memorial Hospital. He was born on June 4, 1925 in Springfield, Ohio, the son of Jacob Elmer and Lavinine (Jones) Daniels. Mr. Daniels worked in Quality Control for International Harvester and was a lifetime member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5690, Port Charlotte, Elks Lodge 2606, American Legion Post 103 and Eagle Aerie 3296. He was also a veteran of the United States Navy and served our country proud during World War II. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Raymond F. II and Sylvia Daniels of Wabash, Indiana; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Nellie Daniels in 1981. A graveside service will be held at 12 p.m. on Friday, December 17, 2004 at Ferncliff Cemetery with Pastor Arlys Fogt officiating.
