Raymond Aspan Obituary

Aspan, Raymond Thomas Jr. Age 66 of Henderson, NV, a former resident of Mokena, IL. Born and raised on the South Side of Chicago. Born June 10, 1947 and lost his battle to Alzheimers on October 2, 2013. He was the son of the late Raymond Thomas Sr. and Josephine (nee Sanmartino) Aspan; beloved husband of 47 years to Kathleen (nee Macke) Aspan; loving father of Tom (Karyn) Aspan, Jim (Veronica) Aspan, and Jennifer (Jim) Kocenko; cherished grandfather to Thomas and Kimmie Lynn Kocenko and Nicolas Aspan; fond brother of Sandy (Mike) Montagano and the late Dennis Aspan; kind uncle and great uncle to many nieces and nephews and loving cousin and friend to many. Raymond was a Local 597 Pipefitter for 40 years until he moved to Henderson, NV and was later diagnosed with Alzheimers or he would have continued working. Mass to be held on November 16, 2013, at Queen of Martyr's Church located at 10233 S Central Park Ave., Evergreen Park, IL.

Jim and tom and the entire Aspan family,
sorry to hear about the loss of your father. i know he was ill for a long time and i am happy he is no longer suffering. He was a fine pipefitter and lots of fun to work with and work for over the years that i knew him. he will be missed by all who knew him.
