Morrison, Ralph E. age 66, passed away November 26, 2005, a resident of Frankfort, formerly of Bridgeview. He taught history at Julian High School in Chicago, Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp serving in Vietnam, Democratic Precinct 7 Captain in Frankfort, member of St. Peters United Church of Christ Choir, former member of the Lions Club and Marine Corps League. He is survived by his loving family; his wife, Mary Ann (nee Appel); his children, John Morrison, Mark (Laura) Morrison, Michelle (Patrick) McInerney, Bill (Diane) Applegate, Bob Applegate, Donald (Kathy) Applegate and Cathy Applegate; his sisters, Anna (Mack) Fields, Charlotte Hancock and Barbara (Bob) Jones; eleven grandchildren, Christine, Jennifer, Chad, Brock, Jessica, Rebecca, Jacob, Eric, Nicole, Zack and Sam; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Phoebe (nee Keller) Morrison; siblings, Eula, Avril and Warren (Juanita) Morrison. Family will receive friends Tuesday, November 29, 2005, from 2 until 9 p.m., at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way (Corner of LaGrange Rd. south of Lincoln Highway), Frankfort, IL. 60423. Lying in state Wednesday, November 30, 2005 from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m., at St. Peter United Church of Christ, 12 W. Sauk Trail, Frankfort. To the family: I would like to express my deepest sympathy. I had the privilage of being a student of Mr. Morrison at Julian H.S and also worked with him at the school as well. I know that he was a clear cut indvidual and his presence will be missed. It was a honor to have known such a man.
