Gram,
You will truly be missed but will remain in our thoughts and hearts forever. You lived the definition of a caring and loving person, always putting others first. You prayed for everyone
and always offered a thank you with your famous pound cake or a few hand crochet hangers. (Grandma’s specialty).
Some special memories are:
You thought me how to crochet and use a sewing machine ( I will pass that down to Jennifer ). You got me hooked on a button collection box, got the kids hooked on the price is right and wheel of fortune, have them drinking coffee with lots of cream, taught them all to play poker and rummy. They still ask for grandmas special Ham sandwich. Toasted with butter and sliced diagonally. I will cherish the many times we sat and reminisced thru old photos and watched ER together.
I look forward to being there to greet you in the new paradise. Until then I will hold our memories dear.
