Phyllis Demith Obituary

Demith, Phyllis J. (nee Andrews), age 56, passed away in her home on Friday, March 19, 2004, in Mokena, survived by her loving husband, Richard A. Demith, one daughter, Joette (James) Paul, four grandsons, PFC Garret Mulder, USMC Joseph Mulder, Ian Mulder, Bradley Mulder and her stepmother Juanita Andrews. She was born in Chicago and lived in the New Lenox Mokena area the past 32 years coming from Alsip. She was formerly employed by Panduit for eleven years as a training specialist. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bruno and Ann Andrews, one son, Garret and a brother Robert Andrews. Family will receive friends at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel, Cedar at Francis Road, New Lenox, Tuesday, 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Services Wednesday, March 24, 2004, 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will take place in Maplewood Cemetery, New Lenox.
