Phil was my first boss at my first job with Ryerson Steel. He was a wonderful guy to work with and he taught me a lot, especially how not to get fired. The best thing he did for me was on a day I came late and he told me if I missed one more hour I would be fired. I was never late again. Barb and Phil had me at their house for dinner many times. Phil was a great guy.
