I am so sorry to hear of Peter. I have been thinking about both of you for a long time. You were always in my thoughts and in my prayers. I was just thinking of calling when I came across this sad news. How I always thought of him as a funny and humorous guy. He will surely be missed.

To Riva, Edie, George; We are all greatly saddened to hear of Peter's death. He had a great spirit, and although I had not seen him in many years, I am glad to have known him as a neighbor, schoolmate and friend. His drive, intelligence and love of humor was always an inspiration to me. We all know what great support Peter had from his family after the accident, proving that the love one gets from family is like no other. Our sympathy and condolences; from Jeremy, Joel and Julie, and from Marge Friedman Scher and George Scher.

Dear Peter's Family,
I feel the pain of your loss of such a special person. Only Peter with all that he had withstood, could
give the rest of us something to smile about. He never complained and was happy for a smile. His great mind was always challenging to those around him. He will be missed for many reasons. May he rest in peace as I'm sure he will, Peter had a great capacity to love.
With deep sympathy. Marietta Palella, Your speech therapist.

Dear Mrs. Fiterman,
I am very sorry for your loss. I was a teacher/counselor of Peter's when he attended Blackhawk Junior High in Park Forest, in the mid 70's. I will always remember his endless energy and his constant smile. We used to have talks in my office about many things, but the one thing that he loved to talk about was his family, especially his mom.
Again, my sincere condolences to you and your family.
Sincerely,
Milton "Butch" Harrison
