Tom And Family
It was a pleasure to know Penny these past years. She lived her life to the fullest and never let obstacles get in her way. She always did the things she love to do no matter how she felt. We have had many good times to remember and will miss her.

To the entire Connolly Family, we were blessed to have known one of The Lord's Angels. Penny's spirit lifted us every time we saw her, her soul radiated and touched us in a special way, she will be missed but never forgotten. We are sorry not to have been able to pay our respects in person, but please know you are all in our thoughts and prayers. God Bless you.

Vibrant colors, rhinestone baseball caps, long finger nails painted for the occasion were only a few things Penny was about. We danced until we couldn't dance anymore....sometimes we danced through a grocery store..Carmen Miranda style.
Our kids grew up together at Ben's therefore, we were volunteer groupies battling for righteousness whether we were selling popcorn,$$$ raffles, changing the detention policy or starting a new project...Penny was one of the most honest and moral friends I've ever had. We shopped, we ate...then, we shopped again and we ate again! The Alps for breakfast..Christmas Eve breakfast (later, at Dappers), party after party the fun went on.
We cried, too.
We said good bye when you were tired of being strong...and, you said..."I don't want to do this anymore, Vic"..I simply said, "I understand and I love you"...... now, you can rest.
Our family sends tons of love to all of the Connolly's and Dower's with an extra batch of love to Tom.

Penny was more of a sister to me than a
sister in law. Always there for me and
my family. We all will see our loved ones some day, what a joyous day.

Tom and Connolly Family: Penny was a phenomenal person and she will live on in your memories and the memories of all those who loved her. I loved her very much and even though much time has passed since I have seen her, the only memories I have of her are beautiful. I am fortunate to have had the chance to be a part of her life and yours. With my deepest sympathy, Tina Marie Villa

With our deepest sympathy to all of you. Penny helped me out of my shyness and invited me to meet many new friends. We went to Bingo and I can still remember her not using a marker, she memorized all the numbers and we could still carry with conversation.
Penny was very involved at St.Ben's and was loved by all who knew her.
Our prayers go out to the entire family.

I am so sorry for your great loss Connolly family. It has been many years since I've seen Penny, Tom or you kids but have fond memories of your family and appreciate how loving you have all been with Grandma Fran. She loved Penny as if she were her daughter and is heartbroken. I am sorry we will not be able to attend the services for Penny, but will be thinking of you all at this very sad time. Penny was a great friend with whom we shared many joyful times and wonderful memories. She was there in the good times as well as in the more difficult times. We were privileged to call her a friend. She will be remembered fondly for the gift she had to live life to the fullest even in the face of difficult circumstances. She was able to move forward when most of us would have been stopped in our tracks. We will miss you dear friend. You were a true inspiration.

In the earlier years there was a boy with no direction until your family invited him into your home. The influence each of you had in my life I will never forget. Mom#2 you will always be in my heart.

Penny will be my BFF. After 49 years, it is hard to imagine her not being in my life. The no more pain, no more suffering in Heaven is richly deserved as she had her share here on earth. Heartfelt condolences to all the Connolly family.
