I tried to call Paul this week, but no answer. We used to visit on the phone every month or so. I met Paul in the late 1970's. We both had early Maxwells. Our cars were a few hundred motor numbers apart. Paul gladly shared his expertise and enthusiasm. Paul and I also shared an interest in old toys and our wives an interest in dolls. I treasure the memories of our face to face visits at Hershey and the toy show. I was looking forward to another visit at the end of April. He was a gracious gentleman. I certainly miss him. I hope this is not too late. I am shocked to hear of Paul's passing and am so sorry I wasn't informed of it. We were close friends brought together by a serious common interest in old cars. We spent many hours sharing that interest; Paul had an impressive depth of knowledge and great experiences in that hobby. I learned a lot from him and shall sorely miss him.

Paul was a gracious and gentle person. I have many fond memories of my friend, especially when he and his beloved Katie would open up their home for movie nights. It really was a treat and their hospitality was beyond measure. Katie would make the popcorn and Paul ran the movie. They were such a great and loving couple.
That adoring nature carried over to their passion for nature and wildlife which they tenderly cared for around their home.
Alas, Paul was never the same after his darling Katie passed away, and it was difficult to watch him struggle with the loss. But he gallantly carried on and we should all take comfort in knowing that they are reunited in paradise.
I will miss our lively conversations, and the meals we enjoyed with our close friends.
He was a good man.
