Kokinakos, Patty (nee Korinis) from Sparta Greece. Beloved wife of Gus. Loving mother of Steve (Sharon) and Anastasios Kokinakos. Cherished Grandmother of Nicholas Kokinakos. Dear sister of Eleni, Areti, Gus and Spiros. Special sister-in-law of Theodoros, Dimitrios, Louis, Georgia, Spiros and Ioannis. Fond aunt to numerous nieces and nephews. Will be missed by many other dear cousins, relatives and friends. Retired 36 year employee of Kraft/Nabisco. Proud member of St. Basil Greek Orthdox Church. Visitation Wednesday 3:00 - 9:00pm at Hills Funeral Home, Ltd. 10201 S. Roberts Rd. (8000W.) Palos Hills. Funeral Thursday, everyone will meet 10:00 am directly at St. Basil Greek Orthodox Church (733 S. Ashland Ave.- Chicago), service at 10:30 am. Interment Bethania Cemetery. Dear Gus and Kokinakos Family,
We just want to say how sorry we are about Patty's recent death. No one is ever really prepared for the loss of a loved one, especially when it is you wife, mother, and grandmother. We have memories of working with Patty and what a hard worker that she was. Working at Nabisco could be very difficult at times but everyone seemed to pull together to get the job done. We also remember her talking about how much she loved her family and how happy she was to be a grandmother. Always remember that now you have an angel on your shoulder to watch over you. Our Deepest Sympathy and Love.
