Gavanes, Patsy (nee Koures), suddenly, age 92, beloved wife of the late Jerry, cherished mother of Dino, fond grandmother of Katina, dear sister of the late Evangeline (the late James) Hilares, the late George (Nancy) Koures, dear aunt of Tina Surles, John Hilares, Peter Hilares, Patty Haynes and Peter Koures; grandnieces and nephews, Georgina Landovsky, James Surles, James Hilares, Yvonne Cichon, Constandina Hassan, T.J. Haynes and Alexa Koures, friend to many. Visitation Thursday, 3 to 9 p.m., at the Olson-Burke-Sullivan Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6471 N. Northwest Hwy. (one block north of Devon), Chicago. At the families request those attending the funeral shall go directly to St. Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church, 7373 N. Caldwell in Niles for 11:30 a.m. services on Friday. Interment Elmwood Cemetery.
