Mr. Rattigan was a Theology teacher with great enthusiasm and love for his classroom. He was my teacher my senior year of Loyola, 5 years ago. The Loyola community and his family are in my prayers.

Mr. Rattigan was my teacher at Loyola about 13 years ago. He was one of those teachers that recognized the potential of every student and challenged us all to succeed. I am grateful for the education that he provided me and saddened by our loss. My deepest condolences to those who survived him.

Our son was in Mr. Rattigan's last Theology class at LA and spoke of his passion for religious art history and his fondness for the school's lacrosse teams. May he rest in God's eternal love.

Wonderful Pat Rattigan was an encyclopedia of information in liturgy, theology and spirituality. Young people experienced the depth and commitment of his teaching, as well as his great concern for them as persons. Similarly with his teaching peers his focus was not simply on the content, but on the care of the person
within the context of forming the reign of God. With all of that said, he also wanted no personal attention. The success of his students and his peers provided the delight of his life. May he rest in the peace of the Risn One. He will be remembered, surely.

Great memories of a dedicated, caring and engaging teacher while at Loyola Academy. My buddies and I will remember "Patty Ratt" as one of the best we ever had.
