Patrick O'Brien Obituary

Pat and went thru police academy at 710 west O'Brien street. We where in the same class. We graduated together and then we assigned different places. Pat was always a close friend. We met several times during our lives since we lived in the same neighborhood. Several of us became police officers, Bob Glenn, Bill Ssherlock. We had a great crew. I will always remember Pat throughout my remaining life. God bless and keep him!

Remembering Pat another year on. I'll always remember Pat as my favorite policeman. A good friend from day one.

Pat and I were in the same class at the CPD academy in 1966. We have been friends since then. My mother also passed in 2009. God care for them both!

Hello, Pat. Another year in heaven for you. You earned it. Continue to RIP, and thank you for all your great influence in the time we knew each other, brother.

Another year has passed since you left us, Pat. Another year of pleasant memories. Continue to RIP, old buddy!

10 years already since Pat left us. Hard to believe. But Pat still remains in our thoughts and prayers. I miss him.

I was deeply saddened when I learned of Pat's death. He will always be my favorite policeman since I was a kid.

I was deeply saddened by the news of your father's death. I believe your dad had a hard life, even before he became ill toward the end, but he always had a smile for all.

My deepest sympathies to Pat's family and friends. I always liked Pat. We went to St.Laurence and Mt.Carmel together. We even went further back, to 69th and Woodlawn. Pat was a year older than me and I remember him teaching me to tie my shoes.
