McGleam Sr., Patrick J. age 89, beloved husband of Elizabeth (nee Marinan), loving father of John (Eileen), Bernadette (Russell) Velky, Robert (Tina), Patrick Jr. (Melissa), Jerry (Patricia), Tim and the late Thomas, dearest grandfather of 12, great-grandfather of two, devoted son of the late Robert and Mary (nee Anderson) McGleam, dear brother of the late Cassie (the late Joseph) Bielawa, Sarah (the late Joseph) Hennrich, William (Shirley), Robert, Jack and George (the late Nina) McGleam, fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Veteran U. S. Army WWII. A retired foreman for 36 years for the City of Chicago Dept. of Streets & Sanitation and a member of the Carpenter's Union Local #13 for 60 years. Funeral Tuesday, 8:45 a.m. from Thomas McInerney's Sons Funeral Home, 7901 S, Komensky Ave., to St. Jane de Chantal Church, for Mass of the Resurrection at 9:30 a.m. Visitation Monday, 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. 773-585-0702.

Pat was an absolute joy to work with in physical therapy. He made everyone around him smile, even when he claimed he was "terrible". Even though he will be dearly missed at AthletiCo, I have a feeling he is dancing circles around the angels, and finally without the walker!
