To the Gilbert family,
I was saddened to see your mom's death notice while reading Sunday's paper. I used to be your "adjoining duplex" neighbor on Main Street,many years ago. (the Grangers) I can remember your mom always hard at work, making sure that all of the neighborhood children got safely across Southwest Highway to and from school. I can also remember how "little Patty" always used to take my daughter, Heather for swims in the Gilbert pool. My thoughts are prayers are with all of you at this time. God bless.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. I did not have the pleasure of meeting your mom, but I know from conversations that she was a very strong and independent person. She has gone to a place where she will no longer suffer and that will give everyone peace. When you need her, she will always be there for you, just feel her in your heart.
