Patricia Coombs Obituary

Coombs, Patricia H. Age 89, of Fremont, Wisconsin, formerly of Libertyville, IL, died on Monday, September 16, 2013 at Crystal River Nursing and Rehab Center in Waupaca, WI. She was born on May 19, 1924, in Elizabeth, New Jersey, the daughter of the late John and Lorna (Anderson) Hartshorne. On August 19, 1945, Patricia married Roger Coombs in Salt Lake City, UT. He preceded her in death on June 6, 2003. Patricia is survived by a son, Paul (Laura) Coombs, Fremont, WI; a grandson, David; two nieces, and four nephews. As per Patricia's wishes, there will be no funeral service held. Her cremated remains will be buried in Fairview Cemetery in Stillwater, MN.
