Dear Ed and the Blough family,

I am very sorry for your loss. Your mom, grandma, and great grandma touched my life and so many other lives throughout her 72 years. I have many fond memories of the times we spent together up at the lake and at 9245 Damen Avenue. She always welcomed everyone with an open door and an open heart. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Blough Family,You don't know me but I was a patient of Dr. Blough 35 years ago. He delivered my 3 children and was a wonderful man. I know your wife must also be a wonderful person. Please accept my sympathy on your loss.

May God comfort you in your time of loss. Ed, I never met your mother but after reading her obituary, it is clear that she was a remarkable mother and that she will be missed by many.

I had the pleasure of playing golf with Pat at Chikaming in Lakeside. What fun we had! She was a wise and wonderful woman who brightened everyone's life.

Dear Blough Family, As Father Sietz referenced, Mrs. Blough cooked a lot of meals. She also knew that it is kindness and love which feed the soul. We will miss her, too, and are so sorry for your loss.
