Age 75, Vietnam Army Veteran, beloved husband of Rosalia Smith; loving father of Denise Smith Vulgamott, Thomas (Diane) Smith, the late DeWayne Smith, Vanessa Schwartz and Glen Smith; dearest grandfather of ten; dear great-grandfather of eight; cherished brother of Diana Loffredo, Ronald (Debbie) Smith, Richard (Ellen) Smith, Joanne (Bob) Rusnak and the late Patrick (Cathy) Smith; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Owen was a member for over 40 years of Operator Engineers Local 399, Masons, Shriners and Posen American Legion Post 199.
