Huculak, Nicholas 58, of Port Barrington, formerly of Addison, beloved husband of Margie, dear father of Nick Jr. (Debbie), Greg (Kathy) and Danielle, dear step-father of Jay (Stella) Maynor and Todd (Joy) Maynor, fond grandfather of Josh, Kyia, Brianna, Emily and Jermaine, dear brother of Maria (the late Wasyl) Poliarny, Pevonia (the late Alex) Kruczko and Victoria (the late Paul) Maior, also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral Tuesday, 9:15 a.m., from Humes Funeral Home, 320 W. Lake St., Addison (2 mi. W. of Rte. 83, 2 mi. E. of Rt. 53), to St. Andrew Ukrainian Orthodox Church for service at 10 a.m. Visitation Monday, 4 to 9 p.m. Panachyda 7 p.m. 630-628-8808To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
