St. Ignatius swim practices at Harrison Park, CPD lifeguarding on the lakefront (Neil @ Oak Street, me @North Ave) occasionally hanging out on Oakley Ave are all memories I have of Neil. He was always the gentleman, a kind and gentle soul even during those teenage days.
So very sad to hear of his passing and your family's loss. Praying for all of you during this very difficult time.
