Nancy Rauworth Obituary

Rauworth, Nancy "Hanna" of Glenview, 83, who much enriched the lives of her family, friends and neigbors, passed peacefully on March 25, 2003, as a young woman, she was a pioneer in the sport of water ballet. After raising her sons and retiring from bookkeeping, she returned to the sport as a senior, and also became an accomplished sculptor. She was the beloved wife of the late Samuel Rauworth and devoted mother of their sons, Andrew, William and Michael Rauworth. Her family invites friends to celebrate her life at a gathering of remembrance on Sunday, April 6, 2003, at 11 a.m., in the Lakeside Room of the Glenview Park Center, 2400 Chestnut Ave., Glenview, (on the grounds of the former Naval Air Station-call 617-217-5219 for map). In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully encourages donations to the Nancy Rauworth Scholarship Fund, The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, 37 S.
